Syone has successfully renewed its ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications, for the third year running, further demonstrating its commitment to delivering high-quality services as well as maintaining high standards in information security.
ISO 9001 certification focuses on quality management systems (QMS) and ensures that Syone has put in place effective processes and trained staff to deliver flawless services, consistently meeting customer regulatory requirements and delivering superior services.
ISO 27001 certification means that Syone has taken measures to manage risks related to the security of data owned or handled by the company, and that this system respects all the best practices and principles of this International Standard. Moreover, the certification shows the company's ongoing efforts towards identification and handling information security risks while implementing appropriate controls for sensitive data protection. This is another validation of Syone’s commitment to safeguarding customer data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

The auditors noted that it is exceptional for a company to maintain a record of zero non-conformities, particularly during a renewal audit. This evaluation ensured compliance with the strict requirements established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
