Syone integrates GDPR speaker panel

Syone was invited to integrate the speaker panel to discuss the GDPR

Syone accepted ESOP’s (Portuguese Association of Open Source Software Enterprises) invitation to attend and speak at the IT Évora event about personal data protection and the new regulation (GDPR).

This dynamic and very interactive encounter, counted with the presence of 150 participants and 5 speakers who discussed this topic from a legal and technological point of view, talking about different examples and exploring possible scenarios. João Dias, Solutions Manager at Syone, presented a roadmap on how to ensure GDPR compliance.

The GDPR is scheduled to be enforced on the 25th of May of 2018 and it’s expected to have a great impact on organizations all over the world.
