On the 27th, in the Expert Session, João Dias (Chief Technology Officer @ Syone) & João Perdigão (Cloud Architect @ EDP) discussed a Success Case Study with the leading energy company in Portugal, EDP, on How to get powerful Data Insights with Elastic on Azure.
In this talk, the attendees had the opportunity to understand how Syone helped EDP gain visibility into the health and performance of their business by collecting and processing data into meaningful insights. Also, on how this solution helps EDP detect service downtime, errors, slow response times, and other anomalous behaviours to take quick actions based on their own data.
