On January 28th, 29th and 30th of 2020, Syone shared its experience and knowledge at Microsoft Building the Future, the biggest Digital Transformation event in Portugal. We presented two case studies on Kubernetes and Machine Learning.

On the 28th, at Building The Code Stage, Rui Violante (Solutions Manager @ Syone) and Miguel Villax (Digital Director @ Hovione) shared the Hovione Case Study on How to Automate and Speed your Software Delivery with Kubernetes.

They talked about how to implement and run a Microservices Architecture following best practices, and how to bring your IT operations and developers closer together with orchestration and a DevOps Culture.

On the 29th, at Industry Talks stage, Tiago Fonseca (CCO @ Syone) and Alexander Aagreen (CTO @ Linas Matkasse Group) discussed about a food industry Success Case on How to optimize your business with a consumption forecast model.

In this talk, the attendees had the opportunity to learn how the Linas Matkasse Group, leading meal kit provider in the Nordics, optimised their production and reduced costs by predicting food demand with Machine Learning. Check the full case study here.
